MANASI ARMSTRONG
BODY THERAPIST
I am a Swiss-trained body and movement therapist with over 15 years of experience.
My work focuses on posture, body awareness and movement quality as foundations for physical comfort, emotional regulation, and daily function.
I offer personalised sessions using gentle hands-on techniques and structured movement activities.
My approach is practical, respectful, and adapted to each person’s needs and goals.
BODY
THERAPY FOR ADULTS
With the individual’s objectives in mind, I use a range of therapeutic hands-on and movement-based techniques to support body awareness, breathing and relaxation, mobility, and coordination — which I consider the foundations of posture and wellbeing.
A gentle postural review and thorough discussion may be conducted to guide each individual’s programme.

BODY
THERAPY FOR CHILDREN
My therapeutic approach integrates primitive reflex knowledge and postural review, developmental background, behavioural observations, movement patterns, and parental insight.
Using manual techniques, Rhythmic Movements, Brain Gym, and movement through PLAY 🙂, I engage body awareness, balance, coordination, and inner security, always respecting the child’s pace and sense of ease.

MEET ME, MANASI
MY APPROACH
I have trained in technical methods; however, my approach remains simple and humble. I deeply believe in the power of relaxation. Whether the goal is weight loss, relief from a painful shoulder or support with ADHD-related challenges, the process always begins by creating a sense of calm and safety.
From there, I use specific manual and movement-based techniques to guide clients toward their goals, while recognising that it is always the body’s natural intelligence and the client’s own engagement that ultimately shape the outcome.
MY JOURNEY
My work is rooted in my own journey toward health and balance. I was a withdrawn child, an over-intellectualising teenager, and later an overactive, overachieving young adult—yet I remained unhappy and unwell.
Through yoga and meditation, I discovered how calming and reconnecting with the body could profoundly change my response to stress. This experience led me to study yoga in India. While these practices brought deep benefits, chronic pain later appeared, guiding me toward massage and manual therapies, which further supported my healing.
In 2010, I returned to Switzerland and began my professional journey as a therapist. Over the years, through continuous learning and the guidance of my clients, I have developed an approach that integrates manual therapy and movement to support the body–mind connection.
Today, I work with both adults and children, guiding them toward greater body awareness, balance, and the sense of wholeness that comes from feeling truly connected to oneself.
