MY BODY THERAPY
My work is rooted in my own journey toward health and balance. I was a withdrawn child, an over-intellectualising teenager, and later an overactive, overachieving young adult—yet I remained unhappy and unwell.
Through yoga and meditation, I discovered that I could regain some control over my emotional responses. This experience led me to study yoga in India. While these practices brought deep benefits, chronic pain later appeared, guiding me toward massage and Ayurveda, which further supported my healing.
In 2010, I returned to Switzerland and began my professional journey as a therapist. Over the years, through continuous learning and the guidance of my clients, I have developed an approach that integrates manual therapy and movement to support the body–mind connection.
Today, I work with both adults and children, guiding them toward greater body awareness, balance, and the sense of wholeness that comes from feeling truly connected to oneself.

MY MANUAL THERAPY

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A manual intervention targeting soft tissues, including muscles, fascia, and connective tissue, through techniques such as pressure, stretching, and mobilization. It aims to reduce excessive muscle tone, improve tissue elasticity, support joint mobility, and facilitate more efficient movement patterns.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE VODDER ®
A gentle, non-invasive manual technique that has a powerful effect on the body. It is particularly efficient to treat water retention, chronic & traumatic pathologies, muscular issues and constipation, for example. Drainage is also detoxifying, drastically helps weight loss, reduction of wrinkles (face) and strenghten the immune system. It also have a sympathologic and analgesic effect (source: https://www.lymphedema-clinic.coml)

REFLEXOLOGY
also known as zone therapy, it is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet, hands and face/ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet, hands and face, with the premise that such work effects a physical/emotional change to the body.

NEUROSTRUCTURAL INTEGRATION (NST) OR "BOWEN" TECHNIQUE
Uses precise rolling movements applied to muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. These stimuli are intended to elicit neuromuscular responses that support postural organisation, reduce soft-tissue tension, and encourage the body’s adaptive and self-corrective mechanisms. (https://nsthealth.com)
MY MOVEMENT TECHNIQUES
RHYTHMIC MOVEMENT TRAINING
Rhythmic movements are gentle rocking and reflex integration movements that stimulate neural pathways and promote learning, emotional balance and ease of movement. RMTi is an effective way to help with symptoms of ADD/ADHD, learning challenges, autism and behavioral / emotional imbalances without the use of drugs. (source: https://rhythmicmovement.org)
Primitive reflexes are automatic movement patterns present at birth that help babies survive and develop. As the nervous system matures, these reflexes are meant to fade and be replaced by more controlled, purposeful movement. When some reflexes remain active beyond early childhood, they can interfere with posture, coordination, learning, emotional regulation, and attention.

BRAIN GYM
Brain Gym is a set of simple, purposeful movements designed to support communication between the brain and the body. These movements help improve coordination between the left and right sides of the brain, making it easier to focus, learn, move, and stay calm.
Brain Gym is often used to support attention, posture, coordination, reading, writing, and emotional balance. The movements are gentle, playful, and adapted to each child or adult’s needs. (https://braingym.org.au)

PRIMITIVE REFLEXES EXPLAINED IT TO CHILDREN
Your brain is like a video game console, and it comes with special software when you’re born. This software helps you breathe, move, crawl, walk, and grow strong. Every game has little glitches — and that’s totally normal! Your glitches make you you, and many of them turn into superpowers. But sometimes a glitch makes school, movement, or feelings feel harder than they should. When that happens, we can press the “update” button together. We play special movement games to help the software run more smoothly again — so your body and brain can work as a team.

MY POSTURAL TRAININGS
MUSCLE AND ARTICULATION CHAINS G.D.S. CONCEPT BY PHILIPPE CAMPIGNION
G.D.S. Concept (Muscle and Articulation Chains) describes how muscles and joints function in interconnected chains that reflect posture, movement patterns, and behavioural tendencies. By observing and working with these chains, this approach helps identify postural imbalances and supports more efficient, balanced movement.
REPROGAMMATION POSTURALE GLOBALE
CIES is an association of clinical posturology founded in Marseille in 1985 by Dr Bernard Bricot and his collaborators. Its aim is to coordinate the study, research, and teaching of the postural system and to explore the role of postural dysfunctions in the development of various common pathologies, particularly spinal and rheumatologic conditions.
