The first appointment is slightly longer, allowing time for a gentle postural assessment and an in-depth conversation. This helps me better understand the root causes of your pain, discomfort, or emotional strain. The session also includes a shorter, tailored treatment, offering an introduction to the therapeutic approach while prioritising assessment and understanding.
